The Italian word Ì´ÌÕGIANDUJAÌ´ÌÒ refers to a filling in which finely ground nuts are mixed together with chocolate. The outcome is a very smooth texture with a pronounced nutty flavor.
The Teuscher gianduja is grinned in a triple mill machine without adding any other kind of oil or fat.
